June 25 & 26, 2011

GCARS/GAARC/ARES
will again be located at Belmont Park.
The family Picnic for members, family and friends
will be held at approximately 6:00 PM

We will assemble EARLY Saturday morning
to raise antennas, put up the tower and
other necessary duties.

The contest will start at 2:00 PM for us
and run 24 hours, ending at 2 PM Sunday.

Sunday we will need BODIES to tear down
load up the trailer and head home.

Come hungry and ready to transmit!

The one chance for Tech's to use
Extra class privileges!
(As long as an Extra Class
is sitting near enough to be control operator
per FCC rules!)

We will operate 3A-NC using N4GAS (GCARS) call sign
GOTA station will use K4GNC (GAARC) call sign
as we have done since approx. 1972.

We will also have digital modes running and a
GOTA station so non-hams can try it out.
